  • District Athletics 2023!

    Our school recently embarked on an exhilarating trip to the District Athletics Event, showcasing the exceptional talents of some of our top performers in sports. A total of 57 of our dedicated students participated in the District Athletics Competition, held in Slough just before the May Half Term. The event witnessed intense competition amongst various schools, and our school managed to secure an outstanding 3rd place overall, filling us with immense pride.

  • The Globe Players - Jekyll and Hyde Performance

    On Friday 9th June, Year 10 were treated to a performance of Jekyll and Hyde by a group called The Globe Players. Over a number of years we have built up a relationship with this group and they now regularly come in to perform GCSE set texts. Sitting in the hall for an hour on a Friday afternoon is never an easy task, least of all in the recent heat we've been experiencing. Despite this, Year 10 did themselves incredibly proud throughout by listening and getting absorbed in the show.

  • Churchill War Rooms - History Trip

    Year 12 History students travelled to London to visit the Churchill War Rooms. This small underground museum is a special permanent exhibition part of the Imperial War Museum and shows the Cabinet War Rooms how they were left in August 1945, when the last of the staff turned the lights off and left.

  • Trip to the Bodleian Libraries at Oxford University

    On Tuesday, 6 June, Ms Mulligan and Mrs Mansbridge led a trip to the Bodleian Libraries at Oxford University for a group of Year 7, 8, and 10 students who have been dedicated to their work in the library or who have made great achievements with their reading through the Accelerated Reader program this school year.
