Mad Hatter's Tea Party

On 18 May, Westgate’s Learning Resource Centre held a fantastical Mad Hatter’s Tea Party for 20 Alice in Wonderland fans!

Students received their tea party hats and were sorted into groups (the Alices, the White Rabbits, the Hatters) as they entered the library after school. Students enjoyed an array of cakes, sweets and milkshakes before taking part in Wonderland-inspired games.

Tea party goers tried their hand at pin the grin on the Cheshire cat, giant bowling, decorating pocket watches and posing as Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum! To end the afternoon, students competed in Mad Hatter Bingo which was won by Adam Abdi!
