Year 11 and Year 13 students will begin home learning unless they have been specifically requested to attend The Westgate School from the following dates;

• Tuesday 18^th May 2021: Year 13 students.
• Monday 24^th May 2021: Year 11 students.

The Home learning ‘bridging projects’ are available on the attachments below. These activities will help equip them for the next exciting stage of their lives at university, college, sixth form, training provider, apprenticeship or employer. During the home learning week there is also the opportunity to attend a careers appointment with Mrs. Green at a predetermined date and time. If students would like additional support or guidance related to their career pathway, for example, a practice work interviews or CV ‘pulse-check,’, we would urge them to liaise with our ‘Careers and Business Engagement Leader’ Mrs. Green  using KLG@westgate.slough.sch.uk to organise a meeting.

If students require support during the home learning experience all teachers will still be readily available via email to answer any questions or queries that they may have.
