Please see below the examination timetables for 2019. Your son/daughter will be given an individual timetable.
National Contingency Day - 26th June 2019
The Joint Council for Qualifications have announced a contingency date for the Summer 2019 exam series.
A contingency date, is a day specifically set aside, should sustained national or local disruption arise during the June 2019 examination series. Should this happen, the GCSE and/or GCE (A-Level) examinations would be taken either for the first time or again on that day.
Therefore students taking public examinations should not plan to go on holiday or to be at any distance from school before 27th June 2019.
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact either Miss E Bennett or Mrs S Venturini via reception.
A Level/BTEC - Year 13
You will be able to collect your results from 8am - 11.30am on Thursday 15 August from outside the LRC.

Year 9/10 - 10.30am - 12 noon from reception
For all examination results please note the following:
Students must collect their results in person, if your child is unable to collect their results and would like a family member to collect on their behalf, they will need to provide written authorisation to the school by 15th July 2019.
If your child is unable to collect their results due to a holiday or other circumstances, their results will be posted to their home address by 1st class mail the same day.
No results will be given out over the telephone or sent by email, under any circumstances.
Certificates will be available to collect from the school later in the year, normally in November. If students are not enrolled at The Westgate School’s Sixth Form, a text message will be sent when they are ready, so please ensure that we have your correct contact number.
