The Board of Governors are looking to appoint a dynamic Head Teacher to support the leadership team in driving forward this outstanding school. The Westgate School is an oversubscribed, hugely successful, secondary school with exceptional facilities with scope for further investment. We currently have over 1300 students on roll including Sixth Form and we have specialist provision for SEND.

You will:
- Be passionate, innovative and a motivated leader with a genuine commitment to serving others and making a difference.

- Have a strong moral compass dealing with every situation calmly and kindly, whilst being willing to challenge individuals, to secure the very best outcomes for all.
- Be reflective and forward thinking with the ability to lead change sensitively.
- Be able to work cohesively with the Senior Leadership Team to provide high level strategic and operational direction for teams.
- Emotionally intelligent, resilient and with the ability to take on board feedback.
- Bring significant leadership experience at Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher level, with a proven record of raising standards.
