Through Media at The Westgate School, we nurture students’ passion for all sectors of the mass media and foster the interest through new experiences. With an ever-changing media world, we keep our course content updated and relevant to what our students are watching, reading, playing and listening to so they remain engaged and inspired throughout.

Utilising a combination of theoretical and practical learning allows students to critically analyse and explore different viewpoints of the products we consume daily, which will encourage a broadened database of audio/visual, print and online texts. Our Media curriculum challenges students to find the deeper meanings and hidden aspects of the most advancing industry in the world.
