Welfare Officer                                                                  

Part Time 8.00am to 4pm daily Monday to Thursday / 8.00am to 3pm Friday  (negotiable)

Term time only plus 5 Inset Days (39 Weeks)

Level 4 (starting Point 19) Actual salary £16,958 per annum

We are seeking to appoint a caring individual who will be the first point of contact for students and staff that require medical assistance.  You will be patient and able to cope with the fluctuating demands of the medical office.  Prior knowledge of administering first aid is essential, although training will be available for the right candidate.  You will be able to work independently and have a thorough approach in keeping records.  You will also be responsible in ensuring that medical supplies are kept to an adequate level.  You will also be required to assist on Reception during busy periods.  Attendance at off-site school events will be required.

Data Manager & Exams Officer

To start as soon as possible

8.00am – 3.30pm Term time only + INSET days + 1 week (4 days of which are set days in August) (40 weeks)

Level 6 Point 30  Actual salary £23,485 per annum

We are looking to appoint a skilled and experienced Data Manager/Exams Officer to support teaching and learning through the effective management of internal and external examinations and the provision, tracking and analysis of data. The ideal candidate will have an awareness of relevant legislation that applies to this post and successful experience of data manipulation, analysis and producing reports.  Ideally, experience of using SIMS and 4Matrix would be an advantage, although training will be available for the right candidate.

You will have exceptional organisational skills, good IT skills with high levels of accuracy. You need to be an excellent communicator who is able to liaise between exam boards, students, staff and parents.   You will also be required to be flexible with your working hours during examination periods.
