Dance Live! 2026

This year, our students had the incredible opportunity to perform at the Wycombe Swan Theatre for Dance Live! 2026, and what a truly special and memorable day it was.

Our piece, inspired by the film Inside Out, explored the many emotions our students experience in their everyday lives. Through thoughtful choreography and heartfelt performances, they brought these emotions to life on stage, reminding us all that every feeling plays an important role in who we are. Their honesty, energy, and connection to the piece made it a joy to watch and something we will all remember.

We are absolutely delighted to share that our students were awarded the Dance Live! Fellowship Award. This award is given to the group that shows the greatest kindness, teamwork, and support for others throughout the day. It is especially meaningful as it is judged not only by staff but also by other schools. It speaks volumes about the character of our students and the way they supported and encouraged those around them.

We were also thrilled to receive the Technical Award, recognising the creativity and skill with which our students combined lighting, sound, and digital elements with their live performance. On top of this, we achieved the highest score in costume, an amazing reflection of the attention to detail that went into every aspect of the piece.

Most importantly, it was a day filled with pride, joy, and togetherness. Our students represented us beautifully, both on and off the stage, and they should feel incredibly proud of everything they achieved. They truly did us proud.
