All Examinations
Please ensure that your child brings the correct equipment needed for their exams in a clear pencil case. This includes:
- Black pens
- A pencil and rubber
- A maths kit – protractor, compass and ruler
- A calculator
The school has very limited supply of equipment that will be handed out in emergencies only.

Mock Examinations
Year 7 and 9 Summer Assessments
The Year 7 and Year 9 assessment period will take place from Friday 19th June to Friday 26th June.
Year 7English and Maths examinations will take place in the Sports Hall. Assessments in the following subjects will be completed during normal lesson time:- Science
- French
- Spanish
- History
- Geography
- Computer Science
Year 9English, Maths and Science examinations will take place in the Sports Hall. Assessments for option subjects will be completed during normal lesson time with class teachers.Students are encouraged to begin preparing for their assessments, ensure they have the correct equipment available, and continue engaging fully in lessons in the lead-up to the assessment period.Top Tips:
- Create daily or weekly revision timetable.
- Use flow charts and diagrams.
- Practice past paper exam questions.
- Explain your answers to others.
- Organise study groups with friends.
- Take regular breaks.
- Use a variety of resources to revise from.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Get plenty of regular sleep.
- Plan the day of your exams.
