Introducing Our Student Receptionists💻
At Westgate, we're always looking for innovative ways to involve our students and provide them with valuable learning experiences. That's why we are thrilled to introduce our Student Receptionists programme🎉!
Starting this week, we will have two Year 8 students stationed outside our reception area from 9am to 3pm every day. These students will play a vital role in enhancing our school's daily operations and supporting both our staff and visitors.
Our Student Receptionists will be ready and eager to assist with a wide range of tasks, including:
✉️ Sending/Delivering Letters or Messages to Classrooms: Our Student Receptionists are here to ensure that important information reaches its destination efficiently.
🚶 Collecting Students: Whether it's for a special event, a meeting, or simply getting them to the right place at the right time, our Student Receptionists are here to help.
🏫 Welcoming Guests and Guiding Them: Visitors to our school will receive a warm welcome and expert guidance from our Student Receptionists, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
👟 School Tours: Our Student Receptionists can provide guided tours, sharing their insights and knowledge about our wonderful school.
📦 Transporting Resources: Our Student Receptionists are ready to assist in ensuring smooth logistics.
